One conference’s fairly out, the other one’s fairly in: Affiliate World Europe opens its doors on July 9 and 10, and it is our duty to show what else is happening in the field. Spoiler: everything you’ve been dreaming about and so much more. Read on to mark your calendar for the impressive event lineup in Budapest!
July 8, AFF•FIT 5 km Run Hosted By VerdeAds

Admission: free, but registration is recommended.
Kicking off our event marathon is VerdeAds’ 5K run. It's a tried-and-tested wellness/sports event you've probably seen while reading similar guides for other conferences. No habitual riverside route this time, however—only Hungary’s most beautiful park, Városliget.
The event itself is exactly what it sounds like: you are indeed expected to run. Don’t stress about that: this isn’t a race for records, the pace is relaxed, and no one is holding a timer counting seconds down. In other words, if you're in decent shape, you'll have plenty of chances to take in the scenery, enjoy the park, and network along the way.
By the way, if running and networking sound a little too much for you, sign up for another VerdeAds event when you aren’t out of breath.

That’s what we’ve been speaking about, the post-run event. You’re no longer out of breath—time to down a cup of coffee with top affiliates, company owners, and C-levels (off the record: anyone can join, it’s an open event). Either way, it’s a perfect chance to fully wake up, grab a coffee, and, of course, do some networking in a cozy little cafe tucked away in the park.
Although both events are organized by the same company—VerdeAds—and the Coffee & Networking part is a consecutive “component” of the run, you don’t have to attend the previous one to be eligible for the coffee party. Morning runs may not be your thing, and this is fine. Awaken from your slumber at 9:50 and make a beeline to the cafe for a quick chat with colleagues.

If you’re not an early bird and networking is not what makes you fresh, sign up for insightful reports at TTmeetup Riverside. The meetup will take place aboard Spoon The Boat, a restaurant ship moored right in the heart of Budapest, just steps away from the iconic Széchenyi Chain Bridge connecting Buda and Pest. Best of all, the event is completely free—you just need to register in advance.
There are six reports on the list for the time being; each is expected to take 30 minutes. The topic is easy to predict: as usual, TTmeetup centers around TikTok and related subjects, so if the platform is something you’re interested in, do attend the event. Frankly, even if itsn’t, you should attend the event: networking opens previously closed doors, and diversifying sources is a smart move.

You’ve seen this one before as well, in similar conference roundups. Farmer Jack Mastermind is a one-of-a-kind private mastermind session. To give you an idea of how exclusive it is, attendance is capped at just 20 participants.
Yet, anyone is welcome to apply. If the organizers consider you a perfect fit, you’ll receive an invitation. Still, keep in mind that priority is given to company owners and C-levels.
July 8, ABC Connect Meetup

ABC Connect Meetup opens its doors for just about anyone—more than 400 people have already signed up for the event. Sounds crowded? No, not really. The meetup will be held at KIOSK Budapest, a huge venue with more than enough space to accommodate everyone. Technically speaking, this isn’t even a restaurant—it’s a warehouse that has been converted into a stylish dining venue, so seize the opportunity to experience the refined wining and dining options along with excellent service.
A few words on the event itself: exquisite dishes, alcoholic beverages, great music, exceptional networking—you can’t expect less from an event that is aiming to connect 400 people! There are conferences smaller than this.
Oh, by the by, ABC Connect Meetup is taking place in the same district as TTmeetup, so… you know what it means, right?..

Breaking news! Another limited capacity event!.. But how limited exactly we know not—the organizers haven’t spilled the beans. The landing page is also very light on details, so we can’t say much.
What we do know, however, is that it is a “happy hour” event, whatever it may mean. Cocktails? Check. Snacks? Check. Cherry-picked attendees? Check. All of them are likely to be top affiliates, business owners, and C-levels…

Private events are galore these days, and this is another one that requires approval. At the time of publishing, the venue was still listed as “to be announced”, so we cannot share the details yet—perhaps, something changes while you’re reading it…
Yet there’s something we are aware of: the event will not be focused on mics, presentations, reports, and panel talks—it was arranged to have fun, grab a drink, do a silly dance, and initiate a profitable networking session.

There are only two official events scheduled by Affiliate World Budapest, and this is one of them—at least this is what the company’s landing page says (yes, we’ll mention another one as well, have patience). In addition to the usual snacks, drinks, and music, guests will be able to participate in contests and win prizes, which fits the general logic. As usual, networking is a wonderful side dish, and you’ll have a full plate of it.
July 9, TOUR WITH US PARTY

Venue: Courtyard of W Budapest Hotel

A top-tier event is taking place in the inner courtyard of the iconic Drechsler Palace. Yes, you’ve read it right: this event is literally unfolding in a 19th-century architectural landmark. After being acquired and restored by the Marriott hotel group, it became even more impressive. Normally, the hotel’s courtyard is closed to the public, so if you make it to the party, you may consider yourself lucky—this is a rare occasion.
As for the program, it is said to consist of three parts: a striking live performance segment, open-air terraces with food and drinks, and an all-night party with no interruptions for ads or reports. Overall, this is a standout event, but entry is strictly guest list only. You’ll need to apply in advance and wait for approval. If you make it in, you’re in for something truly special.

Let’s backtrack a little and try something less baroque—another VerdeAds meetup. To restore balance to the universe, they swap sports for a couple of beers. Where? Tut-tut!..
It’s not that your desire to down a glass of beer should be frowned upon: we simply don’t know where the beer drinking session takes place because this event is, alas, private. Yes, this one is invite-only, so make sure to register in advance if you want to sneak in.
Oh, and one more thing: the beer is on VerdeAds.

Once again, this is a private event with limited capacity and required approval, but you will never guess what this is all about, not in a million years… Or maybe you will. Anyway, the party is dedicated to white hat traffic. Now, we should spell it out again: a full-fledged affiliate meetup in the literal sense of the word, but focused on compliant, white-hat approaches.
The only hitch is that we don’t know where the magic is going to happen, but organizers assure us that it will take place in one of the best bars of Budapest.

All of a sudden, the lineup of mystifying events is broken up by a more straightforward one. Not secret, not invite-only—just a solid, well-organized gathering.
Budapest Roadshow, hosted by the ClickBank team, is taking place at High Note Sky Bar, and it is expected to regale attendees with breathtaking panoramic views and mind-blowing networking opportunities. To smooth things further, the organizers promise to provide unlimited food and drinks.
July 9, AGS Affiliate Meetup Budapest

Well… One open event for the night is enough, isn’t it?.. We’re back on track, and the track is paved with private parties and organizer approval.
As usual, the number of guests is strictly limited, the location is kept secret, and there’s very little information about what exactly will happen on site. Yet there’s one detail we can share: the event will take place at VakVarjú VarjúVár, a restaurant located next to Buda Castle. The setting is truly impressive, so it’s definitely worth applying for an invite.
July 9, Emerald Manor

At the same time, another closed event will be taking place, but this one actually comes with a disclosed location: Emerald Manor. And no, it’s not named after a matching affiliate program, you guessed it wrong. It’s named after the Emerald Manor mansion (Millennium Háza), located inside the park we have already mentioned at the very beginning of this article.
In short, the venue is absolutely magnificent, and it’s worth applying just for the chance to see it from the inside.
July 9, Affiliate World Budapest After Party

Does it look like an official afterparty to you? Well, this is not the afterparty! This is another private-invite-only-guest-list-organizer-approval-kinda-show, and it takes place at the world-famous Four Seasons Hotel. We’ll spare you the details—but just because there are a few to feed on. Zilch, practically. Enjoy the fact that the Four Seasons is an undeniable premium location, and it’s hard to imagine anything less than sublime.

You may be a trifle irate to read another “this is another private event…” but this is another private event. Please don’t scroll down, it’s worth reading: it’s organized by AdRevival and will take place within the confines of White Raven Skybar & Lounge. The rest is the same: snacks, cocktails, music, limited capacity, C-levels welcome… Yet, if you’re an ecom enthusiast (or an ecom professional, depending on your vision), you probably should visit this part: this is where white-hat affiliate marketing grazes and thrives.
July 9, Affiliate World Europe Official Party Castle Edition

Now we’re back with the official afterparty! Drumroll!.. Oh, wait, it takes place between day one and day, so it stands to reason to dub it middleparty. The organizers probably thought the same, which is why they simply labeled it an “official party.”
Name speculations aside, the venue is about to render you speechless: yes, it is Vajdahunyad Castle, situated in the City Park we’ve already brought up—and, arguably, this is the most iconic spot in the entire park.
There’s only one downside: although the party welcomes any conference ticket holder, the capacity is limited.
July 9, Always Winning

Venue: DOJO Boutique Club
Admission: 250 guaranteed spots with pre-registration. When DOJO hits capacity, the door closes for everyone.
Restaurants, castles, parks—sounds like a cultural tour around the city, and affiliates crave for a real party. Your prayers were answered: you can hit the floor in the heart of Budapest at DOJO Boutique Club. This is where the Always Winning party will take place, hosted by MojoHost, Paxum, and PropellerAds.
The first 250 guests get access to an open bar. Everyone else gets high-energy music until the early hours. As usual, relaxed networking is a beautiful addition to the already outstanding event.
July 10, Affiliate White Sensation Budapest

Admission: free (no guaranteed entry) or VIP €250 (guaranteed entry)
It’s so sad to leave Budapest immediately after the show, you may have fallen in love with the city and want to spend a few more hours in the cobbled streets of the Hungarian capital… Luckily, we have something in mind: the Affiliate White Sensation dinner.
The event will take place at the restaurant you already know—KIOSK Budapest. You can either reserve a free spot via the organizers’ website—with no guarantee of entry—or purchase a VIP ticket for €250, which ensures admission.
As custom has it, you can treat yourself to snacks, alcohol, music, and networking—but without the conference crowd and chaos.
