Currently, Digitas Cards has a dedicated and growing team of professionals, including experts in payment processing, customer support, compliance, and technology development. We are proud to have an agile team structure with team members based across Europe, Asia and the Middle East—giving us flexibility as well as round the clock coverage for our clients. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our team in 2025, focusing on roles in customer success, product development, and market expansion to better serve our clients.

Trust is at the core of everything we do. We are proud to have been working within the Affiliate Marketing Industry since the last several years with many of the top well known brands within the industry being our clients. Do you have any GEO restrictions, will you change your policy in the future?
Currently, we have restrictions in place for countries with high fraud rates or strict regulatory environments, such as Iran, North Korea, and Syria. These restrictions are in line with global compliance standards. However, we continuously evaluate our policies and may expand into new regions as regulatory conditions evolve and our risk management capabilities improve.
What traffic sources are your cards suitable for? Are there any restrictions when working with certain sources?
Our cards are designed to work seamlessly with all major traffic sources, including META (Facebook, Instagram, etc), Google, TikTok, Taboola, and native advertising platforms. We have no restrictions on traffic sources, making our solution ideal for advertisers running diverse campaigns. However, we recommend that clients ensure their campaigns comply with the policies of the platforms they use to avoid account blocks. Our cards also work on ApplePay for day to day spend.
What verticals can advertisers work with using your cards? Maybe, there are some things that cannot be advertised?

How often do you face negative reviews from users and how do you handle that?
Negative reviews are rare, but when they do occur, we take them very seriously. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the cards are meeting their needs and our round-the-clock support means any issues that occur can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Working in a dynamic environment with changes taking place frequently, we strive to continuously improve our product and processes, ensuring a better experience for all users.
