It happens at any event: you give your name to the administrator, acquire your badge, and let yourself indulge in a brief networking session with fellow affiliates swarming around the counter. Normally, pre-registrations are held in the lobby of the exhibition complex, but not any lobby can accommodate the 15.5K guests, so the organizers, erring on the side of caution, managed to provide the most comfortable waiting room: a lounge bar that could redeem a few minutes of waiting.
Then, relaxed, vigorous, and ready to strike, affiliates gathered in the festival arena, anticipating the diverse activities thrown their way. Usually bright and expansive, SiGMA surpassed its own record, working out potential kinks that could’ve spoiled the entire event. While there might have been minor inconveniences during previous conferences, this time the organizers even divided the talks into several parts, thus giving affiliates the unparalleled opportunity to choose the topic they’d like to clarify: the morning was dedicated to a captivating session bringing up the latest developments in digital ecosystem creation; in the afternoon, investors took the floor, and in the evening crypto enthusiasts discussed risks, challenges, and updates. While such a schedule might seem a little inappropriate and awkward for those who came to explore the general and incipient trends on the market, it truly serves the right purpose: people working in different niches have enough time to socialize, network, and listen to the most vital reports presented by imposing figures of the business.
